Discussion:
Vision screenings Jan 23rd.
ABL Lab up and running. PD on ABL lab tomorrow. They go in for 20 mins at a time. BB games tonight and tomorrow. We sent honor band students to Fairview last week. Regional QB coming up Jan 21st in Enid. We finished 3rd round of star testing and 2nd round of Dibels. Will have results next week. Camp Goddard dinner this Sunday from 11-1. Youth action counsel Jan 23rd at town hall meeting talking about tobacco. 100th day of school is Jan 24th. |

JH/HS Principal - Lisa Munson
Discussion:
Over break baseball supplied gifts for 30 boys at the boys ranch.
FFA- only chapter in OK that at least made it to state in O/C sporting clays and AFR speech. Girls BB 1st and boys 3rd in the three rivers tourn this past weekend. Basketball has two more home games on the 17th and 28th. The rest on the road Robotics- state next month in Mustang. Wish week is this week. We have a lot of fun things taking place. Dress up days, taco Tuesday, donut and baked good sales, etc. |

Discussion:
Camp Goddard dinner this Sunday, 11-1. BB pairings will come out after next week. Jan 28th- Madison Lee will be here. We play Crescent and will retire her jersey, and hopefully Hunter Frisby. Legislative conf next Wednesday. Feb 17th PD. Acelus training will be done. Wiring in for vape devices. Waiting on the devices. Finances in good shape right now. After paying for the bus barns, building fund will still be in good shape.

Update and discussion on construction project
Discussion:
Still waiting on door for band room. Was supposed to be here Dec 21st.
Band room in good shape other than that. Floor is drying too much at gym. Trying to level humidity in gym. Had some water come in the back doors. Joe Hall's guys need to work on the threshold. Weight room is set up. Bus barn is good to go. Waiting on electric. Buses will be put in starting tomorrow. Concrete work for garage tomorrow. Heat in kitchen is on and working. |

New Business
Discussion:
We had one young man quit JH baseball today and it put it down to 8 players. 6th grade coming up to play JH baseball. We would not have a JH baseball team if we don't allow it. We will meet with coaches and kids and make a decision after that.
