Financial Report
Discussion:
General fund- $3.9 million, Bldg $2.3 million. Mr. Alig asked if Mr. Sumrall has a budget to show what we may have next year while we are approving these contracts. He asked if it would be smart to postpone anything contract wise until we have our budget? Mr. Sumrall said that our budget doesn't come out until the summer, and that most of these contracts are ones that we do need.

Discussion:
Mr. Sumrall has talked to all the coaches and it has made a significant impact on our success. How much does 6-8th use it in the summertime, Jarrod asked. Maybe we offer it as an option to charge the athletes in the summertime. Basically $130 a person for the summer. Mr. Alig asked if since we had to get rid of the cleaning service and teachers are cleaning their rooms is this a good expenditure. Mr. Alig can't prioritize this over the other things we have to cut. Mr. Alig asked could we use the Certified Teacher in there? Mr. Mueggenborg said our coaches are not certified trainers. Mr. Mueggenborg would like to offer the summer at a cost to the students. Mr. Pinkerton asked average class size and it's 15 is the biggest and 8 or so is the smallest. Mr. Alig asked if there is any other elective that takes this much money. Mr. Alig wants the certified teacher to be the one teaching the class and get him certified. Mr. Alig would like to see an estimated budget to make a decision on Edge and other contracts.
