Discussion:
Mr. Mueggenborg discussed the concerns from the last meeting. Procedurally, we want to approve it beforehand, but there is nothing that conflicts with it being done after the fact. Julie Miller with OSSBA said the same. Mr Sumrall said the fundraisers are approved annually and that was done in Sept. Baseball won the championship in October and right after Baseball asked to have the fundraiser. All funds were donated and money is accounted for it all went through the athletics account. Since this was brought up, we have asked every account to do new requests to include descriptions. We have 49 accounts. We updated the policy.

Discussion:
Mr. Sumrall handed out the policy on purchase requisitions. Supt approves purchase orders on a day to day basis. The board approves the payment. When you vote on PO's every month, it is not on what we are purchasing. You are voting to approve that we have the funds and it falls within our appropriations. Mr. Alig made some phone calls on how a PO is supposed to work. He said he got some conflicting responses but mainly that we should have a budget set before each year that says what the school will spend in each area.
