Elementary Principal - Chris Roby
Discussion:
Mr. Roby handed out the math and reading monitoring scores. Gifted and talented going to SWOSU for a competition. Spelling bee on Friday in the old gym. Thanksgiving lunch Nov 21 and 230 parents have signed up.

JH/HS Principal - G.W. Parham
Discussion:
Jr class labor auction this Friday to raise money for Prom. One Act Play did well and finished 6th at State. They did a great job. Robotics held first meet this past weekend. Finished 3rd and 2nd. They set the state high score. 2024 yearbook won the gold award from the Ntl yearbook excellence. We have won it 5 times. They are doing a great job. Mrs. Krittenbrink has done good getting tests going. 9 kids signed up and took the PSAT. Sophomore class and some Seniors went to Reality Check in Kingfisher. It gives them a real world sense of jobs and budgets. Also having every JH and HS class one student in each class will be selected as student of the month. Setting up concurrent enrollment for spring and summer coming up. Two special thanks- Coach Schwarz for the Veteran's Day assembly. It went really well and Mr. Horn did a great job speaking. Thank the Ag dept for making us new basketball racks. They look great.

Discussion:
The Veterans Day assembly was great. 66 Veterans were there today and several thanked us for hosting it. Mr. Horn and the band did a great job. Thanksgiving dinner- you are welcome to come eat.

Discussion:
Josh Rigley and James Howard with ParkHill addressed the board. Mr. Sumrall listed the following: both sites are currently using every room we have. Some double dip. Elem could 4-6 additional classrooms and same for JH/HS. Build on to current sites or build a middle school? Buses- we currently have 6 yellow, 2 white activity buses. One is 22 years old, 3 are almost 10 years old. Potentially purchase 2 next summer, then two more the following summer. Greenhouse we will discuss. Coaches would love an indoor facility for Softball and Baseball. We have discussed the old batting cages. We really lack in storage in our district. Air conditioning at the old gym and PE gym. Possible cafeteria at the JH/HS. Paving by the band room. Quotes coming on tearing down the old rent house. Mr. Anderson had ParkHill come to get a good feel for our grounds and what we could possibly do in the future.
