Elementary Principal - Chris Roby
Discussion:
Numbers- 162 of 200 students (1st and up) met their AR goal. 81%. Highest so far. 75 students qualified for above and beyond and went to the movies as their reward. Parent night coming up this Wednesday from 6-7.

JH/HS Principal - G.W. Parham
Discussion:
FCCLA this past Christmas collected toys for toy drive. They collected 5 big boxes and decorated 110 Christmas sacks. Marathon Oil came and donated bikes and toys and clothes and such. O'Donnell has the greenhouse up and running and plants in it next week.

Superintendent - Josh Sumrall
Discussion:
FFA shooting range last meeting was approved by the town council. This past week we hosted the Three Rivers Tournament and we had a lot of positive comments. Tournament of Champions in Tulsa was last weekend and the girls ball team represented our school well. We beat the 2a 1st ranked team the last game. Mr. Sumrall read a letter from someone complimenting one of our girls ball players from the tournament. OSSBA sent certificates to our Board members for appreciation month. Update on baseball and softball fields- March 1 still on target for completion. Turf coming next week.

Mr. Mueggenborg talked about the salary increases. 4% to Supt and 5% to teachers. Reasonable to proceed with discussion on contract. Ryan agrees.
