Update and discussion on construction project
Discussion:
Gym and Black box theatre- a few electrical things they will be back to fix. Drips we were having from the ceiling in gym have stopped. The roofers went ahead and found the areas the moisture was coming through and they put a patch. Still working on a few punch list items that they are taking care of. Like a switch plate here and there. Score board we need the sound to it. That should happen within the next week. Still having trouble with some AC units at the elementary. They are still under warranty. Joe Hall will help us even once the AC units are out of warranty because of the problems we have had. Most of the concrete done. Should have in front of the band room done this week, too. Waiting on OGE to connect the band room. Probably one month away from being able to move in.
