Elementary Principal - Chris Roby
Discussion:
Playground is flattened out now. That will be nice. Open house Aug 13th. Supplies were delivered this week from TAPS for students. Enrollment- 216 kids at the elementary. We were at 212 last year.

JH/HS Principal - Lisa Munson
Discussion:
Last week was spent in training for the website and TLE. Schedule is done. Been working on duty schedules. Met most of the teachers as they have come in.

Superintendent - Rob Friesen
Discussion:
Open house- We should have occupancy of the gym by then. We will have it open for people to see, but we will have an official open house for it later once we have things moved in. Sent Amie, Isha and Lisa to website training. Financials are in good shape. We are looking to close the child nutrition fund and operate just out of the general fund for all child nutrition expenses and incomes. The budget for the year has salaries up about $250,000. Most of that is the teacher pay raise. We have roughly the same number of employees as we did last year.

Update and discussion on construction project
Discussion:
Hoping to have the certificate of occupancy once they repair some concrete this week. The punch list isn't complete yet but won't keep us from getting our occupancy. Sheetrock going in at new music and classrooms at elementary. Looks like mid Sept or early Oct to be able to get into there.
