Discussion:
Carpets in the classrooms are getting cleaned, so we will be able to get classrooms put back together. Will be ordering curriculum next week.

She has been interviewing teachers for the open positions.

Superintendent - Rob Friesen
Discussion:
Devon Energy was at the high school last week for Lego League training. Devon will come back in November for Lego League competition. They will use the Black Box Theater and Commons Area. Our elementary school's Lego League team grew from 2 teams to 3 in 2 years.
Perry Phillips looked into the drainage issue on the elementary playground. He will put in a pipe from the playground to the southwest corner. The playground will be flat and the entire area will be usable. The drainage issue by the cafeteria seems to have been fixed by moving the dirt from the weep holes. |

Update and discussion on construction project
Discussion:
They have started the remodel of the bus barn. Heating/air ducts are in. Glass will go in Monday. Walls will follow. Should be done with the gym and black box by July 15. Elevator inspection and final walk through will be July 25. We can occupy after we pass final inspection. Cleaning crews are working now. The final items to be completed will be painting the floor and installing the curtain.
