Elementary Principal - Chris Roby
Discussion:
Attendance- 75% in school. 38 virtual and others are out for other reasons. Ran about 80% of the kids in the building. Doing our 3rd round of star testing this week. We will do another week when we come back. We moved our student of the month. We are going to combine Nov and Jan in January. Moved AR to January. Tomorrow is Christmas parties in classrooms. Something positive to end the semester on.

JH/HS Principal - Lisa Munson
Discussion:
HS up to this point we have had 17 students and 2 teachers. Many on virtual but we are managing. Girls basketball team quarantined today with 1 player positive. Not many things haven't been canceled. Speech team competed in 4 virtual speech tournaments. They submitted videos and judged as it was live. Received sweepstake awards. About 14 students been involved. Canceled the Christmas play, band concert, and HS ballgames this week.

Superintendent - Josh Sumrall
Discussion:
Weather- we decided to come today because we have semester tests. We are going to try and be here and get those tests done and let everyone get out of here. Mr. Sumrall cleared parking lots yesterday. We only have about 20 kids riding the bus so that wasn't too bad. Landscaping in front of the elem is complete. Having some issues with heat and air and intercom and roof leaks. Met with Joe D Hall and BWA and they are getting on it.

Holding steady on funds. Spending is down. We received about $350,000 less in GP than we have in the past.
