Elementary Principal - Chris Roby
Discussion:
ABL lab started using next week. Teachers are rotating through there. It gives the kids a chance to be active while they learn. QB placed 3rd for elem. 1st tornado drill and everyone fit in the room with room to spare. 5th/6th basketball finishes this week. Live wax museum last week for 4th grade, and 5th grade did colonial fair. It was neat.

Discussion:
State archery this week Thursday. At the fairgrounds. Regional Thursday in Shattuck. County stock show this weekend. District stock show is in Enid 1st week in March. Speech- SWOSU this weekend. They won the sweepstakes award. 22/23 is their next tourn at Crescent. Ellington wrote a grant with Continental for a mobile science lab. It came in last week. She is already using it and it is neat. 2 students who are submitting their state FFA degree. HS Cheer is doing easter egg sales. Just finished conf quiz bowl. School-second.

Working on E-rate money. Legislation- 1st update this Wednesday. Voucher bills are on the table. Talk of re-vamping school funding formula.

Update and discussion on construction project
Discussion:
Exterior metal almost done. HVAC units set last week. Framing and glass installation is almost done. Sheetrock is up in most areas. Tape and texture will start once HVAC is on. Tile is being laid in the locker rooms. Terrazzo is going to get started tomorrow. Graduation is the date they are shooting for. Goals and lights will be in shortly after paint. Lots of changes coming in the next few weeks. Set of plans for the music room are 95%. Will go out for bids in the next month.
