Elementary Principal - Chris Roby
Discussion:
Veterans assembly at the elementary this morning went good. The kids sang songs from the different branches of military. This week we have 5th grade going to iFly and stem class. 4th grade is going to build a bear and then donate their bear to a hospital for kids. Pre-k-1st grade will have Thanksgiving meal on Thursday. Friday we are going to take the kids over with their supplies and get their stuff put away. 5th and 6th basketball at HT at 5pm. We moved Randi to be our second Kindergarten teacher in the new elementary.

JH/HS Principal - Andrea Magness
Discussion:
Basketball season in full swing. JH boys consolation champs and girls 3rd place. Academic bowl team was Regional runner up. Area in January. After our one act play won state championship, he hosted his speech tournament here. The kids did a great job. Veterans day assembly, we changed it a bit and did the breakfast and then had the Veterans go to the elementary for their performance. FFA opening ceremonies finished 6th. 7 are going to the AR speech contest tomorrow. ASVAB and pre-ACT were given last week.

Superintendent - Rob Friesen
Discussion:
388 kids total in the school. Elementary is preparing for the move. Concrete will be finished and sod completed this week. Audit will be November 30th. Mr. Friesen handed out a proposal for a janitorial service. Mr. Friesen discussed finances with the board. The practice gym will get a small facelift soon.

Update and discussion on construction project
Discussion:
Sean with Joe D Hall handed out some pictures of the new elementary. The building is ready to move into on Monday. If weather holds out, we will have the yard and fence finished as well. Ag building seems to be working out well. Additional classrooms at the HS we lack just a few finishing touches. Issue with the heater, but they are working on it. Gym/Theatre is close to being dried in and closed in. Most of the roof is on over the theatre. Bleachers come on the 19th. 2nd of December chair backs will show up.

Mr. Friesen handed out a proposed floor plan for remodeling the existing bus barn into 3 additional classrooms for the elementary. It would have two bathrooms and storage area.
