Discussion:
The buildings are closed right now. We are spacing time in the office out. We have posted email address and phone numbers if someone needs something. The teachers are posting their time they are available to parents so that no one is answering the phone late at night. Things seem to be running good. Especially with having a two week span to prepare. We do zoom meeting with all staff on Friday's so we can get feedback. Mr. Friesen had a budget zoom meeting the other day. The budget this year shouldn't change any. Expect next year to be a few changes. The third year down the road might be tight. Biggest thing is to be cautious with budgets. Our current balance is in good shape. Last week we started offering a free lunch to any student last week. We are at about 55 students coming to get a lunch everyday. We might be able to get a grant for some of that cost, even though we aren't on the child nutrition program. We still have about 1.7 million in ad velorum to receive for the year. Stephanie Jeffrey thanked everyone for their hard work getting classes together and such.

New Business
Discussion:
Shawn requested to finish the concrete by the old gym. Mr. Friesen mentioned that the bathrooms at the old gym, and the practice gym could both use some updating. Cen-Ok is getting bids for the pilasters outside the HS. Zoom opened up their free rule of 40 minutes and got rid of that limit for schools. Pioneer Telephone has also made a deal on their internet packages, which has been really helpful.
Heather Nance asked about events. Mrs. Krittenbrink is working on a proposal and do some sort of parade around town for Prom. Graduation- we will come up with something for the Seniors for sure. Jostens sent some ideas on virtual graduation. Also maybe something like a drive up graduation. |
