Returned to Open Session at 3:40pm. Tiffany Elcyzyn, Jeff Dingee, Jeremy Gilbertson, and Valory Dalton were in Executive Session. With Candidate #1 from 2:15 to 2:45 and Candidate #2 from 2:46 to 3:20. No votes were taken.
