A. Due process hearing for Chuck Bailey regarding his possible termination.

A.1. The Board President shall convene the hearing, state the purpose of the hearing, introduce the parties and an oath to all persons who will testify will be administered.

A.2. Opening statement by attorney for the Superintendent.
|
|
|
A.3. Opening statement by Mr. Bailey or his attorney.
|
|
|
A.4. Presentation of evidence by attorney for the Superintendent, subject to cross-examination by Mr. Bailey or his attorney and questions from the Board of Education.

|
A.5. Presentation of evidence by Mr. Bailey or his attorney, subject to cross-examination by the attorney for the Superintendent and questions from the Board of Education.

|
A.6. Presentation of rebuttal and surrebuttal evidence, as necessary.

A.7. Closing statement by Mr. Bailey or his attorney.
|
|
|
A.8. Closing statement by attorney for the Superintendent.

A.9. Consideration and vote to go into Executive Session to discuss and deliberate on the termination or not of Mr. Bailey, pursuant to OKLA. STAT. title 25 307 (B) (1) and (7).
