II.B. Approval of purchasing a US Treasury for $10,000,000 for 10 years at a rate greater than 4%. Interest will be paid in November and May annually.

III. Discussion then possible action to approve a proposed executive session to discuss the employment of those individuals and/or positions listed on the attached Exhibit "A" [pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1)] and negotiations concerning employees and/or representatives of employee groups [pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(2)] to hire a new Director of Secondary School Student Activities and Athletics.

Discussion:
Time left for Executive Session: 6:03pm. Mr. Randy Long announced the return to open session at 6:18 pm. He stated all members were present in executive session except for Torry Turnbow. Also present in executive session were Dr. Dudley Darrow, Dr. Sam Robinson, Mrs. Jane Johnson, and Mr. Robb Mills via google meet. The board discussed the employment of those individuals and/or positions listed on the attached Exhibit "A" [pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1)] and negotiations concerning employees and/or representatives of employee groups [pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(2)] to hire a new Director of Secondary School Student Activities and Athletics.
