Discussion then possible action to approve a proposed executive session in ASC room 123 to discuss the employment of those individuals and/or positions listed on the attached Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" [pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1)] and possible purchase or appraisal of real property [pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(3)].
Discussion:
Mr. Randy Long announced the return to open session at 12:11pm. He stated all members were present in executive session except for Rev. Joe Blackwood and Matt Sampson. Also present in executive session was Dr. Dudley Darrow. The board discussed the employment of those individuals and/or positions listed on the attached Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" [pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1)] and possible purchase or appraisal of real property [pursuant to 25 O.S. §307 (B) (3)].
