10.  Discussion and vote to authorize or not to authorize the school district’s attorney, in consultation with the Superintendent of Schools, to initiate legal action against the Oklahoma State Board of Education (“Board”) to address the equalization of funding as set forth in the Board’s Resolution approved at the Board’s special meeting on March 25, 2021.

11. Board to consider and take possible action, in the absence of the President and/or Clerk, to appoint an acting President and/or acting Clerk for the School District to execute any and all documents pertaining to the calling of a special election to authorize general obligation bonds.

12. Board to consider and take action on a resolution authorizing the calling and holding of a special election to be held in this School District to authorize the issuance of general obligation bonds.
