2. Board discussion and vote to approve the minutes of the May 12, 2014 regular meeting.

3. Board discussion and vote to pay General Fund encumbrances #837-854(accounts payable) 70560-70578 (payroll), Building Fund encumbrances #6-11(accounts payable), Child Nutrition # 37-40(accounts payable).

4. Board discussion and vote to approve FY 14-15 General Fund encumbrances #1-162 (accounts payable), Sinking Fund encumbrances #1-3 and Building Fund #1.

5. Board discussion and vote to accept financial reports (treasurer's reports, treasury summary, revenue receipts register, encumbrance ledgers, warrants issued) and activity fund reports for the month of May.
