1. Call to order and roll call.

2. Board consideration and vote on the 2018-2019 school audit completed and presented by James Kuykendall of Britton, Kuykendall & Miller, CPA’s.

3. Board consideration and possible vote to continue contract with Britton, Kuykendall and Miller, CPA's to provide the annual audit for the school year ending June 30, 2020. (In accordance with 70 O.S. 1994, P.L. 22-104, and the Single Audit Act of 1984, P.L. 98-502) The audit will be a financial audit.

4. Board approval minutes of the February 10, 2020 regular board meeting; February 24, 2020 special board meeting.

5. Board consideration and vote to pay general fund encumbrances #798-840 (accounts payable); #70787-70788 (payroll); #34-35, #70085-70086 (child nutrition).

6. Board vote to accept financial reports (treasurer's reports, treasury summary, revenue receipts register, encumbrance ledgers, warrants issued) and activity fund reports for the month of February.

7. Board vote to pay the March payroll according to contracts.
