As required by Sec. 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given the Board Education of Independent School District No.4, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the BPS Administrative Center, 109 N. Armstrong, Bixby, OK.

Call meeting to Order/Roll Call

Due process hearing for Patsy Cargile

The board president shall convene the hearing and read a statement of procedures.

Opening statement by superintendent or his designee or representative.

Opening statement by Ms. Cargile or her designee or representative.

Presentation of superintendent's evidence, followed by cross-examination of witnesses by Ms. Cargile or her designee or representative.

Questions by board members.

Presentation of Ms. Cargile's evidence followed by cross-examination of witnesses by superintendent or superintendent's designee or representative.

Questions by board members.

Presentation of rebuttal and surrebuttal evidence as necessary.

Closing argument by superintendent or his designee or representative.

Closing argument by Ms. Cargile or her designee or representative.

Consideration and vote to go into executive session pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 25, Sec. 307 (B)(1) (Supp. 2006) to deliberate on the reemployment or nonreemployment of Patsy Cargile.

Vote to acknowledge return to open session.

Board president's statement of executive session minutes.

Vote by board to accept or reject the superintendent's recommendation for the nonreemployment of Patsy Cargile and recitation of findings of fact upon which the decision is based.

Accept any resignations tendered since the posting of the agenda.

Vote to Adjourn
