Call Meeting to Order

Accept the resignation of Andrea Nightingale as a school board member and declare the office for district 6 vacant  

Discussion and possible board action for the appointment of President, Vice-President/Deputy Clerk, and Clerk of the Board of Education pursuant to OKLA STAT Title 70, Sections 5-119

Recommendation, consideration and vote to approve a Resolution authorizing the calling and holding of an election in Independent School District Number 30 of Washington County, Oklahoma, for the purpose of submitting to the registered qualified electors thereof the question of the issuance of the bonds of said school district, to be issued in one or more series, in the sum of (I) Thirty Eight Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($38,250,000) to provide funds for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, equipping, repairing and remodeling school buildings, acquiring school furniture, fixtures and equipment and acquiring and improving school sites; or in the alternative to acquire a portion of such property pursuant to a lease purchase arrangement; and (II) Two Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($2,250,000) to provide funds for the purpose of acquiring transportation equipment; or in the alternative to acquire a portion of such property pursuant to a lease purchase arrangement; and levying and collecting an annual tax in such district, in addition to all other taxes, upon all the taxable property in said district for the payment of the interest and principal of said bonds; and containing other provisions related thereto.
