Consideration and vote to approve Change Order No. 3 in an amount not to exceed $98,062 to the District’s contract with McIntosh Mechanical, LLC for the purpose of making modifications to the roof drains at Central Middle School. The cost of the Change Order will be deducted from the Construction Manager’s Allowance and will not amend the Guaranteed Maximum Price for the Project.

Consideration and vote to approve Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $28,535 to the District’s contract with Ark Wrecking of Oklahoma, Inc. for the purpose of making modifications to the roof drains at Central Middle School. The cost of the Change Order will be deducted from the Construction Manager’s Allowance and will not amend the Guaranteed Maximum Price for the Project.

Consideration and vote to approve Change Order No.4 in the amount of $52,802 to the District’s contract with McIntosh Mechanical, LLC for the purpose of making modifications to the water line at Central Middle School. The cost of the Change Order will be deducted from the Construction Manager’s Allowance and will not amend the Guaranteed Maximum Price for the Project.

Consideration and vote to recommend to the Bartlesville Education Authority approval of Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $16,058 to the contract with McIntosh Mechanical, LLC for the purpose of making modifications to the water line at Central Middle School. The cost of the Change Order will be deducted from the Construction Manager’s Allowance and will not amend the Guaranteed Maximum Price for the Project.

The cost of the Change Order will be deducted from the Construction Manager’s Allowance and will not amend the Guaranteed Maximum Price for the Project.

Consideration and vote to engage OSSBA to assist the Board in the search for the next Superintendent of Bartlesville Public Schools subject to the execution of a written contract.
