3. Board to consider and take action on a resolution determining the maturities of, and setting a date, time and place for the sale of the $2,890,000 General Obligation Building Bonds of the School District.

Motion to approve a resolution (see attached resolution) determining the maturities of, and setting the date, time and place of Monday, October 20, 2025, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. in the Administration Building Board Room for the sale of the $2,890,000 General Obligation Building Bonds of the School District was made by Greg Delaney and seconded by Richard Ross. The motion passed.
