16. Administrative Reports.
Discussion:
Mr. McCormick invited the board to attend the Annual Rotary Club BBQ lunch on Tuesday, August 9th from 11:30 to 1:30 at the high school cafeteria for all staff and their families. He also reported that all students pre-k through 12th grade will be able to eat at school for free again this year. The adult staff meal prices for this year will be $2.26 for breakfast and $4. 84 for lunch. Mr. Harris announced the Freshmen Orientation and Senior Tea will be held on Tuesday, August 9th beginning at 6:30 at the high school. New updated school board ward maps were displayed at the meeting.
