3. Consideration, discussion and possible action to award bid package 1 with alternates for the HVAC Replacement Project: Phase I and assign those bid packages to Joe D. Hall GC, LLC construction manager at risk.

Discussion: Five Submitted Bids:
1. DeHart HVAC $239,000
2. Pippin Brothers $271,977
3. Van Dyck $293,435
4. Wright HVAC $348,600
5. Kayser Mech. $368,377

Motion passed:

Motion to award bid package 1 with alternates for the HVAC Replacement Project: Phase I to the lowest bid, DeHart HVAC, and assign those bid packages to Joe D. Hall GC, LLC construction manager at risk was made by Greg Delaney and seconded by Charlie McLemore. The motion passed.
