7. Bledsoe, Hewett & Gullekson to present audit for 2019-2020 school year and vote to accept or not accept audit as presented.
Discussion:
The audit was presented by Jeff Hewett. The audit disclosed no significant deficiencies in the internal controls over financial reporting or major programs and no instances of noncompliance which are material to the financial statements.

8. Melody Redbird-Post to address the board concerning virtual education.
Discussion:
Melody Redbird-Post addressed the board of education with concerns involving her children in the middle school and high school virtual education programs.

10. Strategic Plan Goal Area 4 & Goal Area 5 presentations.
Discussion:
Angela Toyebo gave an update for the district Strategic Plan Goal Area 4, School Culture and Enrironment. Objective 1 is to increase student attendance and Objective 2 is to increase cultureal connections/awareness. Lavonda Bost gave an update for Goal Area 5, Family, Community and School Engagement. A parent survey will be conducted this Fall to find areas for improvement and needs.

14. Administrative Reports.
Discussion:
The principals each gave a report about their virtual education programs. All schools are using Google Classroom/Meets and zoom to interact and assist the students. Edmentum, Exact Path and Study Island are the main platforms being used. All staff are working very hard to stay in contact with students and meeting their needs as best as possible.
