Discussion: There was No Action on Agenda Item# 2.A., and the meeting continued.

Motion to approve a Change Order on the interior walls at the Halliburton Stadium Fieldhouse with an increase in the amount of $6,556.00 as part of the DPS 2020 Vision Bond projects. This motion, made by Christopher Schreckengost and seconded by Carl Buckholts, Passed.

Motion 2 Passed:

A motion was made at 5:42 P.M. to recess the meeting for approximately twenty (20) minutes. This motion, made by Eric Davis and seconded by Greg Neal, Passed.

Discussion: Dr. Melonie Hau, Director of Education Leadership for the OSSBA, trained and discussed with the board two different presentations: Board and Superintendent Roles and Responsibilities, and Creating a Profile of a Graduate.

4. Proposed Executive Session to discuss: (a) Pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307 (B) (1) Retirements, employment, and changes of contract and extra-duty contracts as listed on Schedule A, inclusive.

No action was taken in Executive Session.
