4. Board to receive bids for the $1,475,000 Taxable Building Bonds of this School District and take action to award bonds to the lowest bidder.
Action(s):
Motion to accept the low bid of First Bankers' Banc Securities at an interest rate of 2.834% on the Sale of the $1,475,000 Taxable Building Bonds, dated: May 1, 2019. This motion, made by Cristopher Choate and seconded by James Matousek, passed.

Discussion:  Jordan Smith with Stephen L. Smith Corp presented the bids of the $1,475,000 Taxable Building Bonds dated May 1, 2019. Bids presented were Country Club Bank (2.89%) with net interest of $85,255.00, Community State Bank with UMB Bank (3.163%) with net interest of $93,308.50, First Bankers' Banc Securities (2.834%) with net interest of $83,603.00, Bank of Oklahoma (2.90%) with net interest of $85,550.00.

Board to consider and take action on a resolution providing for the issuance of taxable building bonds, in the sum of $1,475,000 by this school district, authorized at an election called and held for such purpose; prescribing form of bonds; providing for registration thereof; providing for levy of an annual tax for the payment of principal and interest on the same; and fixing other details of issue.
