3. Proposed executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307 (B)(1) to discuss the employment of Shea Thompson, superintendent, so that the board may return to open session with possible votes to reassign the superintendent to another position within the district; and so that the board may possibly vote to appoint or not appoint an interm superintendent.

4. Acknowledge return to Open Session
Discussion:
Executive session minutes compliance announcement. Sandy Arroyo announced that the board entered into executive session at 7:01 pm to discuss the employment of Shea Thompson, superintendent, so that the board may return to open session with possible votes to reassign the superintendent to another position within the district; and so that the board may possibly vote to appoint or not appoint an interim superintendent. Those present in executive session were Sandy Arroyo, Alex Young, Belinda Hunt, Shea Thompson & Jason Midkiff. No action was taken by the board of education. The board returned to open session at 8:00 pm.
