4. FY23 Jones Public Schools Financial Audit presented by Mr. Eric Bledsoe of Bledsoe, Hewett & Gullekson, Certified Public Accountants. 

5. Discuss and possible vote on the minutes of the regular meeting of January 11, 2024. 

6. Discuss and possible vote on the minutes of the special meeting of January 29, 2024.

7. Discuss and possible vote on the minutes of the special meeting of February 13, 2024.

8. Financial Consent Docket - Discuss and possible vote on encumbrances, change orders, and warrants supported by proper invoice.
These items may be approved by one board motion unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items.

1. Approve FY24 Building Fund Purchase Orders 26-27 for a total of $677.29.

15. Discuss and possible vote on the rental agreements between Jones Public Schools and tenants in properties - 320 SW 2nd and 420 SW 2nd Street, in Jones, OK. 

16. Proposed executive session to discuss the employment and resignations as listed on the personnel schedule, and superintendent's evaluation and contract as per 25 O.S. 307(B)(1).
