1. CALL THE MEETING TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS

2. VOTE TO CONVENE OR NOT CONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION

(A) Motion, second, discussion, and vote on motion to go into executive session, pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 25, § 307(B)(1) and (7), to discuss the separation agreement and resignation of Mr. Gabriel Schmidt, Superintendent, where disclosure of the information discussed would violate confidentiality requirements of state or federal law.

(B) Motion, second, discussion, and vote on motion to go into executive session, pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 25, § 307(B)(1) and (7), to discuss the employment of certain individuals as support, for the district (identified in Exhibit 1), individual salaried public employee, where disclosure of the information discussed would violate confidentiality requirements of state or federal law.

(C) Motion, second, discussion, and vote on motion to go into executive session, pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 25, § 307(B)(1) and (7), to discuss the resignation of certified personnel (identified in Exhibit 1), an individual salaried public employee, where disclosure of the information discussed would violate confidentiality requirements of state or federal law.
