Board to consider and take action to approve or not approve a resolution calling for a Board of Education Primary Election of Board of Education Office Number 1 for a 5 year term, Office Number 3 for a 2 year term, and Office Number 4 for a 3 year term. (The election will be conducted on February 9, 2021; and the filing period for this office will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the County Election Board, Monday December 7 through Wednesday, December 9, 2020.

Board to approve or not approve the request to close the following Precincts for the Annual Board Election that will be held April 6, 2021: Custer County #26 and Roger Mills County #102.

Board to consider and take action to approve or not approve use of the State of Oklahoma Roof Asset Management Program and to hire Ford Roofing (Fund 86 - PO #7 in the amount of $872,131.00) and Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) (Fund 86 - PO #8 in the amount of $30,524.59) to complete roofing projects contained in Phase 3 of the 2020 Storm Damage Reroof Project which includes Admin Building, Junior High Annex and Basement, and Junior High North Classroom and Gym.
