Board to consider and take action to Adopt, Revise, or Eliminate the following Board
Policies: Adopt, CZ- Public Gifts to the Schools.

Board to consider and take action to approve or not approve a resolution calling for a Board of Education General Election of Board of Education Office Number 4 for a 5 year term, and Board of Education Office Number 1 for a 2 year term. (The election will be conducted on February 12, 2019; and the filing period for this office will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the County Election Board, Monday December 3 through Wednesday, December 5, 2018.

Board to approve or not approve the request to close the following Precincts for the Annual Board Election that will be held February 12, 2019: Custer County #26 and Roger Mills County #102 and #201.

Board to consider and take action to approve or not approve the following items as surplus (attachment A) and direct Superintendent to dispose, trade, sell, or donate to a tax exempt organization.
