7.A. Traci Thorpe, Superintendent/CEO
Discussion:
Traci - commended Kahle for work with new teachers. Really busy in the last month even with a week of Approved today. 250 for Thanksgiving. Holiday Market was very successful 7,300. Johnny, Kahle talked about truck driver training for high school students. Maybe orientation in May, then start in May after school is out. 6 students at a time. Possibly try to do in June and July next year. Talking about the possibility of some of our programs qualifying for Pell - 150 hours. Several other meetings - Bridgeway, looking at having more interaction with them. Possible getting some of their people into our truck driver training program. Made them more aware of what we offer, Molly, Kahle, Markesha, Janet, etc. had a conversation about critical needs in community that we might need to look at some short term training. What could we offer in the shortest possible amount of time? Set up laser welder today. Incubator Advisory meeting today. Baking company - looked at their business plan, no rep there today. Jerry Wisdom, 3rd party evaluator for assessors. ODCTE looking at potential tax dollar loss. Wrapping up for semester. Working on job openings. Still working on some punch list items. Next month will be the Supt. evaluation.

Discussion:
Kahle - BIS105.5 hours counseling - awards & savings Blackwell Chamber had annual retreat here. Terri is working on 50th anniversary video. Taylor Evans is working as math teacher thru the shool year.
