Cary DeHart and Cristy Callins, CMSWillowbrook, presented the sub-contractor bids and an amended Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract. Motion to approve/reject the sub-contractor bids and unit prices as recommended by CMSWillowbrook, and to approve Amendment 2 of the contract with CMSWillowbrook providing a Guaranteed Maximum price of $4,320,342.15 for the Base Bid plus Alternate 1 passed with a motion by Sam Porter and a second by Sandy Pogue.
