Motion to approve retaining CMS Willowbrook as construction management company. This motion, made by Ricky Sanders and seconded by Sam Porter, passed.

Motion to approve the construction management contract with CMS Willowbrook and approve Dennis Loafman as the designated representative for the project. This motion, made by Sam Porter and seconded by Ricky Sanders, passed.

Motion to approve retention bonuses for full time employees with a total cost to the district of $184,500. Employees will receive two equal payments to be disbursed to each employee in their pro rata share. The first payment will be made in May 2021 and subsequent payment in August 2021 upon return to employment for the 2021-2022 school year.
