Call to order and recording of attendance.

Invocation.

Public Comment. (In accordance with School Board Policy BED and BED-R, any person wishing to make public comment must notify the Superintendent in writing prior to the meeting.)

Consent Agenda Items: All of the following items, which concern reports and items of routine nature normally approved at Board Meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate on any or all the following items (O.S. Section 533):

Approve minutes for the August 13, 2018 Regular Board of Education Meeting.

Child Nutrition Encumbrances #1-5 and warrant # 1-5.

School Activity Fund Report.

Motion to approve General Fund Encumbrances and warrants.

Motion to approve Financial Statement for FY 2017-2018 and the Estimate of Needs for FY 2018-2019 for Sweetwater School.

Discussion and motion to approve Activity Fund Raisers for FY 2018-2019 school year.

Discussion and motion to amend 2018-19 school breakfast and lunch meal prices.

Discuss Medical Marijuana future policy.

Discuss track project and possible vote to continue to get information and prices on possible future project.

Motion to adjunct Marsha Richardson to teach Speech and Drama , Karen Gracey to teach Chinese, and Cameron Gladd to teach Physical Science.
