Consent Agenda Items: All of the following items, which concern reports and items of routine nature normally approved at Board Meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate on any or all the following items (O.S. Section 533):

Approve minutes for the July 9, 2018 Regular Board of Education Meeting.

School Activity Fund Report.

Motion to approve General Fund Encumbrances and warrants.

Motion to hire Nan Hubbard as Title I teacher for 2018-2019 school year.

Motion to approve Tranportation contract with Western Technology Center for FY 2018-2019.

Motion to approve Career & Technology Education Contract for FY 2018-2019.

Motion to give employees a stipend.

Discussion and motion to share Beckham County Resource Officer with Merritt and Sayre.

Motion to adopt the following policies for Sweetwater Public School:

Extra Duty/ Drug test Driving students

Procurement

Wellness

Discuss bid and possible motion to accept bid for white mini activity bus.
