Call to order and recording of attendance.

Invocation.

Public Comment. (In accordance with School Board Policy BED and BED-R, any person wishing to make public comment must notify the Superintendent in writing prior to the meeting.)

Consent Agenda Items: All of the following items, which concern reports and items of routine nature normally approved at Board Meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate on any or all the following items (O.S. Section 533):

Approve minutes for the June 28, 2018 Regular Board of Education Meeting.

Motion to approve the Building Fund Encumbrances and warrants.

School Activity Fund Report.

Motion to designate First Bank of Erick and First National Bank of Sayre as Depositories for the Sweetwater Public School I-015 accounts for FY 2018-2019.

Motion and vote to approve Casey Reed and Phyllis Abernathy as Activity Sub Accounts, General Fund, Building Fund, Child Nutrition Fund, Sinking Fund, and Activity Fund custodians and persons authorized to sign checks for FY 2018-19.

Motion and vote to continue Sweetwater School's Child Nutrition Loan Agreement and the Child Nutrition Procurement Plan for FY2018-2019.

Motion and vote to appoint Casey Reed as Federal Program Coordinator for Sweetwater Public School for FY 2018-2019.

Motion and vote to continue the Sweetwater Public School I-015 Investment Plan for FY 2018-2019.

Motion and vote to continue Laqueta Joy Mayfield as Encumbrance Clerk for Sweetwater School for FY 2018-2019.

Motion and vote to appoint Phyllis Abernathy as Treasurer for Sweetwater School for FY2018-2019.

Discussion and motion to continue with the 1080 hour minimum system for FY 2018-19.

Motion to approve Math & Science Western Technology classes for High School credit for FY 2018-2019.

Motion and vote to set lunch, breakfast, and milk prices for FY 2018-2019. Lunch Pk-6- $1.25, 7-12- $1.30, Breakfast Pk-6- $.80, 7-12- $.90, Extra milk $.20

Discuss 5 Year improvement Plan for Sweetwater School.

Discussion and possible motion to adopt Board policy allowing for School Board Educational Retreat.

Proposed executive session to conduct ongoing evaluation of Mr Reed, Superintendent. 25 O.S. Section 307 (B) (1)
