Call to order and recording of attendance.

Invocation.

Rick Miller, Britton, Kuykendall & Miller CPA to give 2016-2017 audit report by phone.

Public Comment. (In accordance with School Board Policy BED and BED-R, any person wishing to make public comment must notify the Superintendent in writing prior to the meeting.)

Consent Agenda Items: All of the following items, which concern reports and items of routine nature normally approved at Board Meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate on any or all the following items (O.S. Section 533):

Approve minutes for the January 8, 2018 Regular Board of Education Meeting.

Child Nutrition Encumbrances #22-25 and warrant #22-25.

School Activity Fund Report.

Motion to approve General Fund Encumbrances and warrants.

Motion to accept bids on and purchase a new agricultural education pickup.

Motion to renew contract with Wayne Beam (Barlow Educational Management Services) for federal program management for the 2018-2019 school year.

Motion to approve creation of separate activity account for FFA/4-H livestock show team. For use specifically of monies raised for local livestock premiums and prizes and other supplies used specifically for livestock shows.

Possible Executive Session to do evaluation and discuss renewal of Mr. Jason Bohannon's contract as Asst. Principal contract and Mrs. Brenda Quinn's Elementary Principal contract for Sweetwater School for FY 2018-19 307 O.S. Section (B)(1)
