15. PROPOSED GENERAL BUSINESS

15.A. Board to consider and take action on a motion approving the renewal of the Sublease Agreement for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018 in the amount of $6,020,000, as required under the provisions of the Sublease Agreement dated July 1, 2007 between the District and Oklahoma County Public Finance Authority.

15.B. Board to consider and take action on a motion approving the renewal of the Qualified Zone Academy Bond Lease for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018 in the amount of $700,000 as required under provisions of the Equipment Lease Purchase Agreement dated December 3, 2007, between the District and Zions First National Bank.

15.C. Discussion and possible vote to subscribe to OSSBA Policy Maintenance Service during the 2017-2018 school year in the amount of $500.00.

15.D. Discussion and possible vote to approve a Master Service Agreement between Millwood Public Schools and United Systems effective July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018 in the amount of $34,510.80.

15.E. Discussion and possible vote to approve a Mutual Cooperation Agreement between Oklahoma County and agreement between Independent School District Number 37, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma to assist the District as may be requested by the District with reconstruction, improvement, repair or maintenance of property owned by the District for the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.

15.F. Discussion and possible vote to enter into a Lease Agreement between Independent School District Number 37, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma and Langston University for the 2017-2018 school year.

15.G. Discussion and possible vote to approve an agreement between Independent School District Number 37, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma and Success For All. Cost not to exceed $51,672.80.

15.H. Discussion and possible motion to approve an Amendment to the agreement between Sodexo Operations, LLC and Independent School District Number 37, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

15.I. Discussion and possible motion to approve a "4/5th Rainy Day Fund Account" Activity Account Number 18 for school year 2017-2018.

15.J. . Discussion and possible motion to enter into a contract with Core Services and Independent School District Number 37, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma for cleaning services for school year 2017-2018 in the amount of $190,000.00.

15.K. Discussion and possible motion to enter into a contract agreement with Dell Financial Services and Independent School District Number 37, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma for districtwide software and hardware districtwide school year 2017-2018 in the amount of $17,693.62.
