17. Discussion and possible motion to approve Memorandum of Understanding between Independent School District Number 37, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma and the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Department for the provision of School Resource Officers for school year 2016-2017 in the amount of $49,000.00

18. Discussion and possible motion to approve Statutory Waiver Application for a certified teacher to serve as a media specialist in the high school.

19. Discussion and possible motion to approve contract between Metro Technology Centers School District #22 and Millwood Independent School District #37 of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma for Dropout Prevention Program for the 2016-2017 school year. Cost not to exceed $22,500.00

20. Discussion and possible motion to approve contract for Secondary Career and Technology Education Program for school year 2016-2017

21. Discussion and possible motion to enter into an agreement between the following school districts, referred to collectively as “the Districts” to provide transportation services to homeless children so that they may have equal access to a free, appropriate public education.

23. Discussion and possible motion to enter into an agreement for services between Independent School District Number 37, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma and The City of Oklahoma City, for Crossing Guard for school year 2016-2017. Cost not to exceed $1,620.00

24. Discussion and possible motion to enter into a Lease Purchase Agreement between Midwest Bus Sales, Inc. and Independent School District #37, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma for two 2016 Ford Thomas minotours-14 passenger

25. Discussion and possible motion to approve a Master Services Agreement between United Systems and Independent School District Number 37, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. Cost not to exceed $36,836.76
