9.A. Consideration of and vote to approve or not to approve authorizing the Superintendent of Schools to cause the District to file suit seeking all necessary and appropriate relief against (a) the State Department of Education [SDE] and any necessary SDE officials, (b) the Oklahoma Tax Commission [OTC] and any necessary OTC officials, (c) the State Treasurer, to whom "illegally disbursed" funds must be returned and (d) any other persons or entities determined by the Superintendent and District's legal counsel, to be necessary with regard to the failure of the SDE and the OTC to follow applicable law in calculating the District's State Aid for the 1992-93 through the 2013-14 fiscal year and authorize payment of all necessary legal fees and costs.

11. CONSENT AGENDA
The Millwood Board of Education uses a consent agenda during school board meetings. Items of a routine nature normally approved at board meetings will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items. The consent docket consists of the consideration, review, discussion and possible motion to approve the following items as listed under the appropriate category and identified individually by alphabet. (items 11A; 11B; and 11C)
