Mr. Wells requested a discussion for clarification as to the purpose of the executive session. Mr. Sanders informed the board of the formal complaint he received via email . Mr. Behymer conceded with Mr. Sanders adding that the video has been pushed onto multiple social media outlets and is spreading. Mr. Sanders indicated he reached out to OSSBA and Attorney, Andy Fuggit for guidance.
Executive session began at 6:05pm In addition to all five board members, Mr. Fuggit was present in executive session.
