Mr. Wells asked if this will be the only bond out. Yes. The last bond retires after the 23-24 school year but we have no more to sell.
Mr. Wells asked if this was the only bond we could have for the ten year duration. No. We are not at capacity for bond issues but there may be a tax increase if there is need for a large bond. Mr. Wells indicated his concern is that we may need additional classrooms within the ten years.
