1. Call to Order and Roll Call

Discussion:
The meeting was called to order and attendance was taken at 5:30pm. In attendance were: Suzanne Cannon, Chris Cunningham, Leonard Wells, Don Rowe, Brian Coulson, Dr. Simeroth, Dr. Brunk, Jason McDaniel, Jim Fenrick, Diana Lebsack, Lance Haggard, Amy Beams, and Desarae Witmer

2. Strategic Planning Session with the board of education and administration. This session will include a discussion of items related to school facilities, finance, policies, staff and student issues, and community relations. No actions will be taken by the board of education.
