4. Executive session minutes compliance announcement.
Discussion:
The board entered into executive session at 12:05 pm to hear evidence and discuss the suspension of a minor student whereby disclosure of any additional information would violate FERPA, pursuant to 25 O.S. Sections 307(B)(5) and (B)(7). Those present in executive session were Mike Ray, Elvia Hernandez, Carla Hernandez, Alphonso Mata, Superintendent Dixie Purdy, Asst. Superintendent Melissa Watson, Principal Laurie Brooks and SRO Lisa Duran. No action was taken by the board of education.
