3. Discussion and possible action regarding the Guymon Public Schools Return to Learn Plan for the 2020-2021 school year based upon the action and recommendations of the Oklahoma State Board of Education on Thursday, July 23, 2020.

Discussion:
The Return to Learn Plan was approved. Masks will be strongly encouraged but not mandated. However, the school district will watch our cases and numbers and can revise the mask mandate if deemed necessary.
