Superintendent Comments
Discussion:
Superintendent Armstrong introduced the staff in attendance and thanked them for coming and for all they do. He reported that the school year is off to a great start and that even the traffic is moving better with the help of our Security Team. The first home football game is 9.04.2026, the 97 HWY Rivalry game against Sand Springs. There will be shuttles available to help with parking and getting participants to and from the fields. Mr. Armstrong also shared that The Kindness Project started last week, with the first video being shown on Thursday. Great response from students. The first video was about an OK Student with a love for bird calls. Friends on the playground join him to learn. Each Thursday, a video will be shown about different acts of kindness by other students across the United States.

Bond Projects Update
Discussion:
Superintendent Armstrong gave a big shout-out to HPE Staff for giving up the front parking spots to allow JH/HS staff to park there while their campus is under construction. The End Zone project should be completed in a couple of weeks. The JROTC pad has been poured. Chieftain Center is in the framing phase. The PAC slabs have been poured. LED Lights were installed. Tile is going in the bathrooms on the third floor of the HS Project.
Kim Frie, Director of Fine Arts and the PAC, shared that the foundation was established for the PAC in 2025, and now the logo has been created for the Sapulpa Performing Arts Center. They (she and Jim Korn) are working on the Chandelier Campaign. New campaigns will follow, and those fundraising opportunities can be found on their Facebook Page. |

2026 Valuation Report
Discussion:
Kenda Terrones, CFO, shared that the numbers for the EON look a little different this year. The decrease in weighted ad valorem over the years is a contributing factor to the change in numbers.

Class of 2030 New Graduation Requirements
Discussion:
See attachment presented by Kiley Barnett, Director of Educational Pathways.

|
Enrollment Report
Discussion:
Assistant Superintendent Johnny Bilby reported 3,469 students in attendance on the first day of school. Last year's October 1 count of students was 3,571. That is a decrease of 102 students. This plays into the decrease in numbers reported by Kenda Terrones.
