Kindness 101 Initiative
Discussion:
President Larry Hoover introduced the Kindness 101 Initiative, which is based on On the Road with Steve Hartman. This program is about dropping seeds of kindness to all. The overall hopes/picture is to incorporate lessons/examples of being a good human through Good citizenship and Relationship Skills. Videos are available to show. The material comes with discussion prompts for both in the classroom and at home to involve parents.

Senior Community Service Graduation Requirements
Discussion:
Superintendent Rob Armstrong presented some information from Ft. Smith to show the setup of their Senior Community Service Graduation Requirements. For an additional resource of information, Asst Superintendent Johnny Bilby reached out to Jenks and shared what is available on their website. Future discussions and plans to possibly implement an opportunity like this for SPS.
